All trays are made with the finist selection of meats and cheeses available. Trays include: Lean Cooked Ham, Smoked Turkey Breast, Hard Salami, Cheddar Cheese & Swiss Cheese. Meats and Cheeses are beautifully arranged and accented with Pickles & Olives.

Small Trays:

  • 8-10 people (12″ tray – 2.5 lbs total, 1/2 lb. of each ) 
  • 11-15 people (12″ tray – 3.75 lbs total, 3/4 lb. of each)

Large Trays:

  • 15-20 people (16″ tray – 5 lbs total, 1 lb. of each)
  • 23-30 people (16″ tray – 7.5 lbs total, 1 1/2 lbs. of each)

Relish Trays

A variety of relishes that everyone can enjoy. Pickled Okra, Pepperoncini Peppers, Green Olives, Ripe Black Olives, Pickle Spears, Bread & Butter Pickles, and Sliced Pickles.

Large Trays:

  • 25-35 people (14″ tray)

Vegetable Trays

A tempting tray loaded with fresh, crisp garden vegetables. Tray includes: Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery, Cherry Tomatoes, and Ranch Dip. Vegetables may vary according to tray size.

Small Tray:

  • 15-20 people (12″ tray)

Large Trays:

  • 20-35 people (14″ tray)
  • 35-45 people (16″ tray)

Fruit Trays

A party time favorite everyone can enjoy. A variety of mouth watering fresh fruits arranged beautifully on a tray. Fruits include: Grapes, Watermelon, Strawberries, Cantaloupe, Pineapple, Honeydew, and Kiwi. Fruits may vary according to season availability.

Sandwich Trays

Try our assortment of sandwiches or subs for your party.

Favorites include: Chicken Salad (regular or black olive and cheddar), Tuna Salad, Ham & Cheese, and Turkey & Cheese.

  • These favorite sandwiches are priced per each on a tray.
  • All sandwiches are cut in half.
  • We suggest 1 & 1/2 sandwiches per person for a meal or 1/2 a sandwich per person for a “finger food” event.
